Work with Jasmine
Some teams need help with one project. Others need experienced delivery leadership for a period of time, or a focused improvement to a process affecting every project. The three engagements below are designed around those different needs.
My Services
-
Two to four weeks
For a defined project, launch, site, campaign, or program that is losing traction, carrying visible risk, or approaching a deadline without a plan leadership trusts.
What the work includes
Review of the current scope, plan, ownership, decisions, and risks
Re-sequenced workplan based on actual capacity and dependencies
Clear approval points, change control, and a concise status cadence
Active leadership of the recovery through the agreed sprint
Stabilization and transition plan for the work that remains
The result
A credible path to completion, clearer ownership, and a current view of the risks and decisions that need attention.
-
Monthly, three-month minimum
For teams that need experienced ownership of live work every week but do not yet need, or cannot wait for, a full-time hire.
What the work may include
Scope, sequencing, timeline, and budget visibility
Stakeholder coordination and approval management
Risk, decision, and change-control practices
Quality, accessibility, and launch-readiness gates
Portfolio reporting and capacity visibility
Targeted improvements to intake, onboarding, reporting, or handoffs where they directly support delivery
The result
Reliable senior capacity, clearer visibility across the work, and decisions made while the team still has room to act on them.
-
Four to ten weeks
For one recurring issue in intake, onboarding, handoffs, capacity planning, reporting, change control, or the sales-to-delivery transition.
What the work includes
A clear baseline and defined problem statement
Design of the improved practice with the people who will use it
Implementation, documentation, templates, and ownership
Adoption support through live work
Measurement of what changed and what still needs attention
The result
A clearer delivery practice the team can sustain, with evidence that it is being used and whether it is producing the intended improvement.
When the delivery pressure is clear, but the right intervention is not, I may recommend a Delivery & Operations Diagnostic after the discovery call.
It is a one to two-week assessment for qualified teams and is not required before every engagement.
How We Work Together
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Creative, digital, brand, and web agencies with several concurrent client projects; mission-driven organizations leading funded digital or program work; and select founder-led brands with a defined launch or expansion. The common factor is a delivery need with enough complexity, urgency, and authority to benefit from senior ownership.
-
A Project Rescue Sprint fits a defined project at risk. A monthly fractional engagement fits an ongoing need for experienced delivery leadership. Delivery Systems Improvement fits one recurring practice affecting more than one project. If the pattern is still unclear, the discovery call is the right place to begin.
-
We make the tradeoff visible through swap, later, or add. Work can be exchanged, moved to a future phase, or added with a corresponding change to time and fee.
-
Scope changes happen. We use swap, later, or add. Swap means replace a task with a new one at the same effort level. Later means schedule it for a later phase. Add means we expand scope with an adjusted timeline and budget.
-
A clear sponsor, access to the relevant systems and stakeholders, timely decisions, and enough authority to lead the agreed mandate. The exact responsibilities are documented before the engagement begins.
-
My role is delivery leadership. I coordinate those disciplines and manage the decisions and dependencies around them. Additional production capacity may be sourced separately when needed.
-
The team receives the agreed documentation, templates, ownership map, and a defined support window for transition questions. Longer support is scoped when the work requires it.
