Most of my career has been spent where important work meets complicated delivery: nonprofit and public-sector websites, cross-functional programs, agency client portfolios, and founder-led launches.

Those environments taught me to pay equal attention to the plan and the conditions around it: who decides, where scope can change, whether capacity matches the promise, how quality is reviewed, and what the client or public ultimately experiences.

Agencies and organizations tend to bring me in during a period of growth or transition. A major engagement has landed. A project manager has left. A visible initiative has begun to lose traction. Several capable people are working hard, but leadership no longer has one reliable picture of the work.

My role is to create that picture and lead from it. I bring scope, sequencing, stakeholders, risk, quality, and decisions into a clear delivery rhythm. When a recurring process is contributing to the pressure, I strengthen it alongside the live work so the improvement is grounded in how the team actually operates.

I care about accessibility and quality because they shape whether the work serves people as intended. I care about documentation because a careful transition protects the investment already made. And I treat client experience as part of delivery, not as something separate from the schedule.
