Fractional project and operations support for creative agencies, founder-led brands, and small teams with stalled projects, messy workflows, or launches that need to ship.
Built to ship, not just advise
Hi, I'm Jasmine Bright, and I help creative agencies and founder-led brands who have the vision but need a clear plan, clean systems, and consistent follow-through to make it sustainable.
For 8+ years, I've been the person who turns "we need to launch this thing" into "we launched, on time, under budget, and nobody burned out."
My background is in mission-driven digital work. I spent years leading web and brand initiatives for justice-oriented organizations. That's where I learned that "good enough" execution creates expensive problems later, and that the best systems are the ones your team actually uses.
Today, I work with creative studios, founder-led brands, and small teams that need project rescue, workflow cleanup, or senior delivery support without a full-time hire. If you’re spending more time managing projects than doing creative work, if scope creep is eating your margins, or if a launch is coming and no one owns the full picture—that’s where I come in. I bring clarity, structure, and forward motion.
Five ways
I can help
The JB Mark is built for leaders and teams who need clarity, momentum, and clean execution.
Whether you are rescuing a stalled project, shipping a launch, rebuilding an internal workflow, or trying to make delivery feel less chaotic, we start by understanding what is actually blocking progress—then we build the simplest system that creates real movement.
Every engagement uses the CLEAR Path approach: Clarify → Locate blockers → Execute the plan → Assign ownership → Repeatable handoff.
-
90 minutes to get unstuck. We map what's blocking you and build a prioritized 2-week plan you can act on immediately.
OUTCOME:
Get clear on what to do next, why it matters, and how to execute it without overwhelm.WHAT YOU GET:
A 90-minute working session plus a written follow-up delivered within 48 hours. We will clarify your goal, pinpoint the real blocker, and leave you with a lean roadmap, risks, and next steps that match your capacity.BEST FOR:
Founders and team leads circling decisions, stuck between vision and execution, or unsure what to tackle first. -
Short-term project support for launches, workflows, or deliverables that are stuck, slipping, or starting to feel chaotic.
OUTCOME:
Turn a stalled or messy project into a clear plan with owners, priorities, next steps, and a realistic path to completion.WHAT YOU GET:
A focused sprint to diagnose blockers, rebuild the project plan, clarify roles, clean up the task tracker, reset priorities, and create a simple execution rhythm. Depending on the project, this may include stakeholder follow-up, status reporting, risk tracking, scope cleanup, and handoff documentation.BEST FOR:
Teams with an off-track launch, unclear ownership, missed deadlines, overloaded stakeholders, or a project that needs calm, senior-level delivery support fast. -
Workflow cleanup and system-building to remove bottlenecks, tighten handoffs, and make delivery easier.
OUTCOME:
Fix the workflows, tools, and handoffs that slow delivery so your team can execute without constant friction.WHAT YOU GET:
Diagnosis, workflow redesign, SOPs, tool setup or cleanup, and implementation support. We build repeatable processes that reduce rework, protect scope, and make ownership easier to see.BEST FOR:
Teams that are growing, overloaded, or operating without documented processes. -
Senior delivery leadership on retainer for your projects—status, stakeholders, scope control, timelines, and quality gates. You stay focused on the creative or strategic work; I keep delivery moving.
OUTCOME:
Senior project leadership without full-time headcount, so priorities move forward and launches stay clean.WHAT YOU GET:
Scope management, timeline tracking, stakeholder coordination, status updates, change control, risk tracking, and delivery cadence. You get a steady rhythm, fewer surprises, and a clearer view of what is moving, blocked, or at risk.BEST FOR:
Agencies, founders, and brands that need a senior PM without the full-time commitment. -
One process. One clean SOP. A handoff that your team can follow immediately.
OUTCOME:
Turn one messy workflow into a clear process your team can use right away.WHAT YOU GET:
A focused working session to map the workflow, identify failure points, clarify roles, and create a clean SOP with steps, templates, checkpoints, and ownership.BEST FOR:
Teams that need repeatability fast for onboarding, delegation, internal consistency, or quality control.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
I work primarily with creative agencies, founder-led brands, small teams, and mission-driven organizations that need better delivery systems. These are teams with launches coming, projects slipping, messy workflows, unclear ownership, or too much work living in someone’s head. I’m a strong fit when you need senior project and operations support, but not necessarily a full-time hire.
-
Here’s the quick guide:
Stuck on priorities and need direction fast? → Strategy Intensive
Project slipping, stalled, or chaotic? → Project Rescue Sprint
Workflows are messy and need systems built? → Operations Consulting
Need ongoing delivery leadership without a hire? → Fractional Project Management
Critical process stuck in someone’s head, or one workflow breaking your day? → Process Documentation
Not sure? Start with a discovery call and we’ll figure out the cleanest next move.

CLEAR Path is my method for turning messy work into clear execution.
It stands for:
Clarify the goal
Locate the real blockers
Execute the leanest workable plan
Assign ownership
Repeat the process through clean handoff
The goal is not to create more processes for the sake of process. The goal is to identify the smallest structure that creates real momentum.
-
Scope changes happen. We use swap, later, or add. Swap means replace a task with a new one at the same effort level. Later means schedule it for a later phase. Add means we expand scope with an adjusted timeline and budget.
-
I am tool-agnostic and will work with what your team can sustain. Common tools include Asana, HubSpot, Google Workspace, and simple documentation systems. Overall, I use whatever tools your team can sustain.
-
Both, depending on the engagement. Strategy Intensive is direction and roadmap. Project Rescue Sprint is hands-on delivery cleanup and short-term execution support. Operations Consulting includes workflow redesign, SOPs, tool cleanup, and implementation support. Fractional Project Management is ongoing delivery leadership.
-
We define what “done” means, identify constraints, then rank work by impact, dependency order, and effort. If everything is urgent, nothing is, so we choose what unlocks the next step.
-
You receive handoff documentation and a clean owner map so the work does not fall apart. Every engagement includes two weeks of post-delivery email support for quick questions and implementation guidance.
-
Yes. Fractional PM is designed for ongoing delivery leadership. Ops Consulting can also be structured as a phased engagement.
-
Access to the people, tools, and information I need to do the work. That might mean:
Stakeholder availability for discovery calls
Access to your project management tools, docs, or systems
Honest answers about what’s working and what’s not
I’ll send you a clear prep checklist before we kick off. The more prepared you are, the faster we move.
-
I will tell you directly. If I am not the right person, I will still point you toward the cleanest next move so you are not stuck.
-
Yes—if the work is structured.
You’re not buying constant presence. You’re buying delivery control.
In 10–15 hours, I can run the cadence, keep the project tracker clean, manage change control, surface risks early, follow up with stakeholders, and keep timelines and priorities from drifting.
It works best when the scope is clear, the team is responsive, and we agree on what decisions need to move each week.
