Yes, for Fractional Project Management. I offer two tiers:

• Light Touch: $1,500/month (8–10 hours) — weekly check-ins, status tracking, coordination

• Standard: $3,000/month (15–20 hours) — active project management, stakeholder communication, delivery ownership

Retainers renew monthly with 30 days notice to cancel. I don’t lock you into long contracts.

Strategy Intensives can usually be scheduled within 1–2 weeks. Larger projects (Operations Consulting, Fractional PM, Grant Writing) typically kick off within 2–3 weeks of signing, depending on my current client load.

I’ll always give you an honest timeline upfront. If I can’t start soon enough for your needs, I’ll let you know.

Every engagement includes: clear scope documentation, the deliverables we agree on, and follow-up support to make sure you can use what I built.

What’s NOT included: ongoing day-to-day execution, admin work, or done-for-you implementation beyond what we scope. I build systems and set you up to run them. I’m not your long-term operator unless we explicitly contract for Fractional PM.

Scope changes? If you want to add something, we can swap it for something else, push it to a later phase, or add it with adjusted pricing. No surprises.

Strategy Intensives: Full payment before the session (Venmo or invoice).

Operations Consulting & Process Documentation: 50% upfront to secure your spot, 50% upon completion.

Fractional PM: Monthly retainer, invoiced at the start of each month.

Grant Writing: 50% upfront, 50% upon submission of the final application.

I’ll send you a clear proposal with payment terms before we begin.

Access to the people, tools, and information I need to do the work. That might mean:

• Stakeholder availability for discovery calls

• Access to your project management tools, docs, or systems

• Honest answers about what’s working and what’s not

I’ll send you a clear prep checklist before we kick off. The more prepared you are, the faster we move.

Start with a Strategy Intensive. In 90 minutes, we’ll unpack what’s actually going on and figure out the right path forward—whether that’s more work with me, a referral to someone else, or something you can handle on your own.

I’d rather you spend $225 to get clarity than $5,000 on the wrong solution.

You’ll receive a follow-up strategy document within 48 hours. It includes: what we discussed, the core insight, your prioritized next steps, risks to watch, and metrics to track.

From there, you can execute on your own, or we can scope a larger engagement if you want my help implementing. There’s no pressure to buy more—many people take their roadmap and run with it.

I do Level 1 and Level 2 implementation:

• Level 1: System setup — I create your Asana templates, SOPs, workflows, dashboards, and configure tools.

• Level 2: Operational enablement — I train your team, document processes, and support vendor selection.

What I don’t do:

• Level 3: Running your day-to-day operations (unless contracted for Fractional PM)

• Level 4: Admin work, posting, fulfillment, inbox management
