A 30-minute discovery call will help me understand what you're trying to ship, what's blocking progress, and whether I can help. We’ll discuss your current project or launch and what's at stake, the main constraint, and which service—if any—makes sense.

  • It means I embed with your team part-time to run project delivery—status, stakeholders, scope control, profitability tracking. You get senior PM judgment without hiring full-time.

  • No. I manage delivery and build systems. I don't do design, development, or content creation. If you need implementation support, I can recommend partners.

  • You get documentation, templates, and a handoff plan so the work continues without me. Every engagement includes two weeks of post-delivery email support.
